We will either send our courier (providing you a have a reasonable number of items to clear) or you can make an appointment to bring your items to us at the office.

Or you can send us items to us (we recommend either insured Parcel Post or Royal Mail Special Delivery).

Note that we only sell items that are in perfect or near-perfect condition and so any items should be clean, pressed and in good repair - or we will arrange dry cleaning / laundering and repair at cost. An itemised receipt is given and the items are catalogued for sale.

Your item will then join a queue of similar items. We work to UK seasons and so any out-of season items will be stored until the appropriate weather conditions arrive!

Each auction runs for seven days on eBay which houses the world's largest personal online trading community with a 125 million members in 31 countries. A piece of woman's clothing sells on ebay every 20 seconds and in 2004 over $1 billion was spent on clothes sold via ebay.

Around a quarter of our buyers are from overseas (covering all 31 eBay member countries) and there cannot be a corner of the UK that has not received a parcel from us!

Once the auction closes and payment has been received, we then post the item out to the new owner – at their cost.

We run our accounts on the last day of each calendar month. Cheques and statements for sellers are sent out thereafter. Any items that don't sell are available for collection or given to local charities if preferred.
