Hassle Free Returns

If an item is not suitable or it does not fit, we are happy for you to return it, providing you let us know within 3 days of receipt. We would then ask you to return it as soon as possible and, in any event, we must receive the item back to our offices within 14 days of the start of the return. Any tags must still be attached to the item in order for us to process your return. Once we have safely received and checked your item we will refund you the cost of the item. We do not refund the cost of postage however to make sure the package reaches us please use a tracked and insured service.

If an item is returned because it has been misdescribed (for example it is faulty or damaged) then please let us know immediately.  We try to be extraordinarily vigilant, however we are human and we do make the occasional error. In such cases we will happily refund the postage.
