A local business with a global reach, our love of fashion coupled with a drive for sustainability have always been at the heart of everything we do. Online since 2002 and on Bellevue Rd since 2016 we are proud to offer the best edit of perfect preloved pieces - every time.
In the beginning
Shona started Shonamac.com in 2002 after giving up her marketing career in the City. For the next 12 years, she built up the UK’s biggest online "dress agency" – auctioning preloved clothes and accessories through Ebay - something that was unheard of at the time. In total we auctioned over 31,000 items worth over £1.3m.
From eBay we migrated to our own website and then opened our first pop-up which then became our permanent home. Other notable milestones were our Selfridges pop-up with Vestiaire Collective and launching our own app - and now offering rental from our SW17 shop.
And Now
More exciting times to come. We are committed to offering the best edit of perfect preloved pieces both online and instore. For buyers we also offer in-store and at-home styling services. After 12 years we left Ebay to go it alone with our own dedicated website - selling direct to our fans around the world. Always open, and our life-saver during COVID - it is still our cornerstone.

initially as a pop-up and then as a permanent shop - Bellevue Rd has been our home since 2016. It's given us a brilliant local customer base as well as a fabulous showcase for our stock. It's a great community - and a wonderful view!
